The Babylon Investment Commission announces an investment opportunity to establish an industrial plants project in the industrial sector on plot number (47/13, District 8, Al-Ulya and Al-Hamzawiya), with a total area of 100 donums, owned by Babylon Municipalities / Al-Kifl Municipality Directorate.
Project Description:
The project involves constructing industrial facilities across an area of 100 donums, designated for the production of Class B polluting industrial products, as documented by the inspection record from the property-owning authority and relevant entities. The products are expected to vary in size and use, targeting diverse markets. Production lines must be sourced from reputable global manufacturers, with products distinguished by their high quality and superiority over existing products in the Iraqi market.
The project activities should utilize the entire designated area and be clearly detailed in a project progress schedule aligned with financial weightings, and in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the requirements.
The announcement period begins on the date mentioned in the letter above. Interested parties should visit the Commission’s headquarters at Hilla City Center – Bab Al-Hussein Intersection to obtain the documents, conditions, requirements, and application form for a non-refundable fee of 1,500,000 IQD (one million five hundred thousand Iraqi dinars).
Submission Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
If the deadline falls on an official holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.
